Jill Wall

Chief Investment Officer

I have worked alongside Paul, Karole, & Kara since 2008. I lead our Investment Committee and am responsible for the firm’s research and due diligence efforts. I graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology in 1990. I earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1995 and successfully completed the CAIA Association Fundamentals of Alternative Investments Certificate Program in 2022. I was previously a portfolio manager with Munder Capital Management.

I have served on the Board of the Christ Child Society of Detroit and currently am the Treasurer and member of the Advisory Board for the Christ Child House. My husband, Brian, and I live in Michigan and enjoy traveling and visiting our three children - Matthew, Elizabeth, and Benjamin.

Why I joined ISTO…

I have been fortunate to have shared a close friendship with Paul and the Housey family for many years. When I was looking to get back into the workforce after taking a few years off to focus on my family, Paul was the first person I contacted. Paul is a person of the highest integrity and is genuinely committed to doing what is best for clients. I was excited about the opportunity to work with Paul in his mission to help individuals and families achieve their financial goals.

As Chief Investment Officer, I am in service to our clients by identifying investment solutions that work together to create strong, well-diversified portfolios designed to meet clients’ long-term financial goals. I strive to communicate complex investment strategies and concepts in a clear and understandable way so that clients can feel confident in their investment plan. I am in service to my colleagues by sharing investment insights and collaborating on projects to ensure that clients receive our highest level of service and expertise.
