As ISTO’s Director of Coaching and Culture, my energies are focused on building a world-class team. I also lead ISTO Optimize, a division of ISTO Advisors, which offers executive coaching, life coaching, leadership training, and culture consulting.

I am on a mission to help companies create a culture of excellence, where both the business and the employees can thrive. I have coached thousands of individuals and facilitated seminars on five of the seven continents. My diverse background ranges from entrepreneurial start-ups to a Fortune 100 company.

I have proudly achieved designations and certifications as an Executive Coach, Dream Manager^® Life Coach, and Positive Intelligence Coach. I attained my Bachelor of Science in Business and Human Resources Management.

I live in the suburbs of Chicago. I treasure time with my husband and family, enjoy fishing, and volunteer work that supports children with serious illnesses.

Why I joined ISTO…

I was initially hired as a consultant to provide executive coaching for the Founders. As I started working with other members of the team, ISTO quickly became my favorite client. I have worked with great companies all around the world, but I have never felt more at home than I do here. So, when the opportunity to join ISTO was presented, it was a no-brainer to say yes. I am so grateful to be part of a firm that is aligned with my values and committed to being in service to its team, clients, and community.

The firm was founded on the belief that delivering world-class client service begins by building a positive company culture where team members can thrive professionally and personally. Personalized coaching is provided for all employees with the goal of empowering them to reach their highest potential and support them in achieving meaningful dreams. Through the ISTO Optimize division, we deliver executive coaching, life coaching, leadership training, and culture consulting to other organizations. I love being able to support business leaders and entrepreneurs because great leaders have a positive impact on everyone around them.
