I collaborate closely with all teams to manage internal tasks and drive efficiencies that support exceptional client experience. I am focused on streamlining company-wide daily tasks, ensuring efficient execution, and delivering improvements in processes and infrastructure to enhance the overall team experience.

Since beginning my career in the financial services industry, I have been committed to delivering valuable support to my colleagues and clients. Delivering excellent client support is a top priority for me, ensuring client needs are met with the highest level of attention and care. I hold the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional℠ (FPQP^®) designation, which has strengthened my expertise and deepened my commitment to the field.

I live in Illinois with my husband, Andre, our daughter, Aleah, and our playful Pomeranian, Charley. In my free time, I enjoy family gatherings, spending time with friends, and making magical memories on trips to Disney World.

Why I joined ISTO…

I originally joined ISTO in August 2022. From my very first interviews, I was struck by the caliber of the people I met and the thoughtful, detail-oriented approach they demonstrated. I remember thinking, “If this is how they engage with potential candidates, I can only imagine how well they serve their team, clients, and community.” Choosing to rejoin the team in May 2025 reaffirmed my belief in the people, the mission, and the culture. I’m proud to contribute to a team whose values I genuinely share and support.

How I am In Service To Others…

As an Operations Liaison, I naturally find purpose in being In Service to those around me, whether that’s offering support to the team, streamlining workflow processes, or ensuring a client’s experience is seamless. This value aligns with how I show up every day, with the intention to provide stability and structure, add value, and contribute meaningfully behind the scenes. For me, being In Service to Others isn’t just something we offer. It is the lens through which I approach everything I do.
